Stage 1 · Inventory
What you run, who uses it, what keeps failing.
Four services, taken separately or together, quoted in writing before anything starts.
A single route for staff to report problems, with agreed response times so nobody is left guessing. We fix what we can remotely, come on site when that's faster, and keep a record of recurring issues — because the same fault three times a month is a problem to solve rather than a ticket to close.
What you run, who uses it, what keeps failing.
One way to reach us, with response times.
Remote first, on site when it's quicker.
Recurring faults fixed at the cause.
Where signal actually fails, measured.
Equipment and placement for the space.
Configured, secured and labelled.
Written down, not kept in someone's head.
Most 'slow internet' complaints are coverage, channels or an overloaded router rather than the line itself. We survey the premises, fix placement and configuration, separate guest traffic from your own, and document the setup so the next person can understand it. Cabling and electrical work goes to licensed trades.
A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a plan. We set up backups with offsite copies, verify them on a schedule, and run a real test restore so you know how long recovery takes before you need to know. Cloud email and file services are set up with sensible sharing and account controls.
The data that would actually hurt to lose.
Local and offsite, running on a schedule.
Checked, and a real restore tested.
Written, with realistic timings.
Accounts, access and what's unpatched.
MFA, patching, password manager.
Old accounts and shared logins removed.
Short sessions on real attempts.
Small businesses are rarely targeted by anything exotic — they lose money to a convincing email and a reused password. We get patching and multi-factor authentication in place, clean up old accounts and shared logins, and train staff on what a real attempt looks like. No product promises immunity, and neither do we.
